Here's a few business books I highly recommend for companies or entrepreneurs:

Innovator's Dilemma by Clayton M. Christensen

This author coined the phrase "disruptive technology." If you're using this phrase and have not read this book, you probably don't understand it.

Alternatively, you can check out this author's article on Harvard Business Review: What Is Disruptive Innovation? Clayton M. Christensen, Michael E. Raynor, Rory McDonald, December 2015

Lean Startup by Eric Ries

If you want to understand what "lean" means, this is the definitive book. Note: "lean" does not mean cheap.

Lean Product Playbook by Dan Olsen

http://amzn.to/2b3sF4R

Dan Olsen is local to Silicon Valley and attempts to bridge the gap between "Lean Startup" and it's practical applications to business.

Good to Great by Jim Collins

This is a good book to understand how "culture" relates to your business processes. He provides guides for understanding what "vision" and "mission" actually mean.
